the food i had tonight contained the color green which was unexpected but they were all good eats. oh, the spaghetti w/ avocado was delicious and you can get the recipe here. give it a try! i'd recommend using a sort of ripe avocado b/c it melts like butter on the hot spaghetti and also i doubled on the dressing (soy sauce, lemon juice & fresh grated ginger). i made it twice already and still would like to have it again. thank you aixxx for sharing the recipe!

It's so easy and good, isn't it!? I had it for lunch again today (sans nori). Doubling on the dressing makes sense because I'm aware that I tend to use very little seasoning (salt, soy sauce, sugar, etc.) for my food, and it may be too bland for other people. Glad to hear you are enjoying it as much as I am, though!

yes, so simple and taste superb with minimal ingredients and cooking required. also, it's healthy and cost less than a few bucks to make. this is my new fave dish now! :)
