i received a box of pineapple cakes from my co-worker who just returned from her taiwan trip. the pineapple shortcake is from hsin tung yang, a well-known company in taiwan. they are delicious and come nicely packaged as well.

Oh, my goodness! A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to visit Beijing and during our flight back to the States, passengers received lunch with these shortcakes! So delicious!!!
