lots and lots of squares. this is what i have been doing when i have a chance to work on my zig zag quilt. cutting out squares, sewing two squares together and then cutting more sewed squares which form these 2-in-1 combo squares seen on the last two photos. it's a long process and i'm slowly but surely making progress on the quilt project.
